These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Product Business Accelerator digital course ("Course") offered by Deanne Luke ("we", "our", or "us") through our Kajabi website.

By purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the Course.

 

1. Course Access and Login Terms

When you purchase the Course, you’ll receive access to the member platform where all content is hosted. Access is for your personal use only. You must not share your login details with others. Doing so may result in termination of access without a refund.

 

2. Payment Terms and Non-Refundable Policy

The Course is a one-time purchase and all payments are due at checkout unless a payment plan is selected. Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Course—including videos, templates, downloads, and materials—is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Deanne Luke.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the content
  
• Share, distribute, or sell the materials to others
  
• Use content for commercial purposes outside your own business without express permission
  

Violation of these rights may result in legal action.

 

4. Personal Responsibility and Disclaimer

The Course is educational and intended to support you in building your product-based business. However, results will vary and depend on your effort, application, and market conditions.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or income levels. You accept full responsibility for your results.

 

5. Technology Disclaimers

Course access depends on your device, browser, internet connection, and technical setup. While we host on Kajabi, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party outages or user-side technical limitations.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

By accessing the Course, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content
  
• Allow others to use your login
  
• Upload or share Course materials publicly or privately without consent
  
• Harass or disrupt the experience of others in related communities (if applicable) 
  

Violations may result in immediate termination of access with no refund.

 

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course if you breach these Terms. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund or future access.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be handled in the appropriate courts within Queensland.
